A useful soccer practice plan should connect technical work to game decisions. Sessions can include ball mastery, small-sided play, one-on-one situations, scanning, space recognition, and finishing or progression decisions. ACTA’s methodology adds cognitive development, film review, self-reflection, and game preparation so players practice not only how to perform a skill, but when and why to use it.
