Founder & Technical Director
Garrett Morgan is the Founder and Technical Director of ACTA Football, bringing 15 years of experience coaching elite players from youth through the professional level. He holds a USSF "A" License and has developed more than 30 Youth National Team players across six countries. Garrett currently serves as a UPSL-W Head Coach, ODP Head Coach, and Club Head Coach, applying his deep knowledge of cognitive and technical development to help players read the game faster and perform with greater confidence under pressure. He founded ACTA Football in 2024 with a mission to prioritize player development above all else, giving athletes a platform to express creativity, grow as competitors, and mature as individuals beyond the sport. Garrett's leadership and coaching philosophy form the foundation of ACTA's measurable, individualized approach to player growth.
Girls Director
Sarah Fawcett serves as Girls Director at ACTA Football, bringing 15 years of experience as a club coach, director, professional scout, and Women's Youth National Team staff member. She holds both a USSF "A" License and a UEFA "B" License, and has coached at the WPSL and USL-W levels in addition to her work with Olympic Development Program (ODP) teams. As Club Director, Sarah has overseen player pathways for competitive female athletes, combining tactical expertise with a strong understanding of the developmental needs specific to girls' soccer. She is dedicated to helping young female players build confidence, technical ability, and game intelligence, ensuring every athlete she works with receives individualized attention and a clear pathway toward reaching elite levels of competition.
Program Director
Korynn Najera is the Program Director at ACTA Football, overseeing the day-to-day player development that drives the organization's coaching methodology. With seven years of coaching experience at the club, ODP/YOP, and semi-professional levels, Korynn brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by her background as a four-year collegiate player. She currently serves as Head Coach at Placer United and Assistant Coach for Calnorth ODP, roles that reflect her hands-on approach to athlete development. Korynn is passionate about translating ACTA's cognitive and technical training principles into practical, engaging sessions that help players of all levels improve their decision-making, confidence, and performance on the field. Her leadership ensures ACTA's programs remain consistent, structured, and results-driven for every athlete.
